Codi spent her summer holidays volunteering in the Fuse Youth Café in Shettleston. Her mum would drop her off in the mornings and Codi would spend the day helping younger children with activities. Codi would help organise visits to the park and would volunteer to help teach them teamwork skills through football and basketball. She even helped organise a trip to the Science Centre for P1-P7 youngsters.  Codi enjoys helping other people, especially those younger than herself and she finds that giving of her time to others is really rewarding. She still volunteers to help others when she can after school.
